Oversees all official correspondence, meeting records, and administrative governance within the Branch Executive Committee.
Assists the Secretary in managing records and correspondence, and assumes Secretary responsibilities in their absence.
Responsible for EEA's financial management, budget tracking, expense accountability, and financial reporting to the executive committee.
Leads the planning and coordination of EEA's programmes and initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on purpose.
Supports the Project Manager in executing EEA's operational programmes and on-the-ground activities.
Drives EEA's communications strategy, social media presence, and public brand representation.
Supports EEA's marketing function, content creation, and community-facing communications.
Contributes to EEA's visual identity, event promotion, and engagement across digital platforms.
Acts as a bridge between the executive committee and the membership body, ensuring member voices are heard and needs are met.
Leads EEA's academic programmes, coordinates peer-learning initiatives, and fosters the intellectual development of members.
Supports academic programming, study circle facilitation, and the development of learning resources for members.
